Bentley U Koumantzelis Auditorium, Waltham, MA

Renovation of a 6,000 square-foot existing auditorium located on the second floor of Lindsay Hall. Our scope of work included building handicap ramps on each side of the Auditorium, remove and rework stage area, build new stage stairs.

Interior remodel of common areas, dorm rooms, basement, and guest quarters for parents when visiting. Completed under strict time constraints, working amongst several other trades.

Interior demolition of loading dock ceiling. Remediation of mold and application of structural protection against rust and deterioration. Replacement of loading dock ceiling. 

Matt Duffy Baseball Academy, Weymouth, MA

Interior remodel of 10,000 sq. foot warehouse facility into a clubhouse and 6 different 16x16 training and private facilities for lessons. Building included buildout of weight room, game room, and private offices.
